Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute email campaigns, automated flows, and SMS marketing initiatives for both brands.
  • Develop and manage the email marketing calendar, overseeing campaign execution from brief development and creative coordination to segmentation, QA, and deployment.
  • Support loyalty program initiatives through targeted campaigns, program communications, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure messaging across owned digital channels remains aligned with brand positioning and resonates with a luxury clientele.
  • Analyze campaign and ecommerce performance, regularly reporting on key metrics and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Coordinate ecommerce photoshoots for new collection launches, including developing detailed shot lists and asset needs.
  • Upload new products into Shopify, ensuring accurate product information and consistency across ecommerce and POS systems.
  • Manage and update website imagery, including product photography, lifestyle imagery, category banners, and content pages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external development partners to implement new website features and functionality.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field; bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience working with an email service provider (e.g., Klaviyo), ecommerce platforms (preferably Shopify), and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, automation/flows, segmentation, and performance analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
