Job Description

Lead development of annual and multi‑year brand strategies using consumer insights, category trends, and competitive intelligence. Own business performance monitoring, diagnosing drivers across consumption, shipments, pricing, and media performance to inform leadership decisions. Translate brand strategy into actionable, integrated annual operating plans. Lead major cross‑functional initiatives (innovation, communications, commercial programs, packaging updates, etc.) with limited supervision. Serve as the day‑to‑day lead with agency partners, elevating creative excellence, media effectiveness, and in‑market execution. Partner with shopper marketing, sales, and commercial teams to activate brand programs across key retail customers. Leverage consumer research, syndicated data, KPI tracking, and financial modeling to build data‑backed recommendations. Proactively develop optimization plans based on ROI, media effectiveness, pricing performance, and competitive actions. Manage substantial brand budgets, ensuring disciplined allocation of resources to drive short‑ and long‑term growth. Present budget recommendations and trade‑off decisions to managers and cross‑functional leadership. Mentor Associate Brand Managers and interns, supporting capability building across the broader marketing team. Influence cross‑functional partners—including Insights, R&D, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain—through clear storytelling and strong business cases.
