Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate Marketing Effectiveness. Provide ongoing evaluation of marketing efforts through the development and analysis of Marketing Mix models, delivering insights that optimize our marketing investments and drive business growth.
  • Drive Day-to-Day Marketing Analytics. Collaborate on day-to-day marketing effectiveness activities such as data delivery, analytics operations, interpretation of findings, insight delivery, and stakeholder alignment, with an emphasis on Marketing Mix models and time series analysis.
  • Design and Enable Marketing Data Pipelines. Partner with stakeholders, agency, and data engineering to define requirements for scalable data pipelines that support Marketing Mix Models and other marketing analytics use cases; proactively monitor data quality and work with engineers to resolve issues.
  • Design Data-Driven Solutions. Work with stakeholders to determine business needs and objectives, then partner with the Marketing Effectiveness team to design and deliver forecasting, experimentation, and other advanced analytics that address those objectives.
  • Support Executive Engagement. Support the Senior Director on executive engagement materials and critical business needs, translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Tell the Story Behind the Data. Communicate complex concepts in a simple way, articulating findings that are not always straightforward or intuitive and telling the story of campaign performance to diverse audiences across the organization.
