Job Summary

Own the end-to-end admissions flow for multiple communities by driving occupancy through targeted outreach, partner referrals, event programming, and cross-team collaboration on Skilled Nursing admissions.

  • Manage inbound inquiries, tours, and follow ups to convert interest into admissions.
  • Develop and execute multi-community outreach plans to grow Rest Home and Assisted Living occupancy.
  • Build referral networks with healthcare providers and community partners to sustain steady leads.

  • Develop and execute outreach plans to grow Rest Home and Assisted Living occupancy.
  • Build referral relationships with healthcare providers, senior service organizations, and community partners.
  • Plan and coordinate events, open houses, and community engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with the Central Admissions Team on Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation admissions.
  • Track leads, referrals, occupancy trends, and outreach activities.
