Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day liaison between clients and internal creative and production teams.
• Apply knowledge of catalog/retail, packaging, and print production workflows.
• Manage projects including scheduling, estimating, obtaining job detail information, and invoicing.
• Establish and promote excellent customer service through proactive communications on project status.
• Assemble appropriate resources to implement customer campaigns.
• Enter and track data related to work components in the client project tracking system.
• Effectively manage multiple timelines and projects at various stages of the lifecycle.
• Peer proof creative to ensure accuracy of specifications.
• Lead day-to-day management and optimization of projects, entering specifications using job management software.
• Demonstrate understanding in design, print production and prepress, and attend client meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 7 years in project management with progressively expanding responsibilities.
• Background in premedia and/or print industry preferred.
• Excellent Mac skills; able to learn new programs and troubleshoot basics.
• Proactive, collaborative, driven, and excels at execution.
• Experience using continuous improvement tools to create and track metrics.
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, and ability to interpret client expectations.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proven client relationship and solution-delivery track record; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across timelines in a dynamic environment.
• Interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams; anticipate client needs to increase volume and profitability.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Ability to work independently and handle high volumes of information under pressure.
• Strong collaboration and consensus-building skills.
