Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of e-commerce clients, presenting insights, strategic recommendations, and performance reports to help achieve business goals.
• Strategic Leadership: Oversee the execution of paid media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, effective project management, and client satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns.
• Performance Analysis: Use data analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance (ROAS, net revenue, etc.) to meet client objectives.
• Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, contribute to internal training, and share best practices across the team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce account management and paid media strategy.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data insights.
• Proven ability to think strategically and drive results through innovative paid media strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to make actionable decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
