Promofect is a growing branded merchandise and decorated apparel company based in Mahwah, NJ. We provide promotional products, in house screen printing and embroidery, and fully managed online merch stores for schools, first responders, sports teams, and mid market organizations. We are building a structured, scalable merch company. Our focus is long term client programs, operational excellence, and growth. We are not looking for someone to just process orders. We are looking for someone who wants ownership and impact. Responsibilities This is a full time, on site role focused on owning and growing branded merchandise accounts. You will manage inbound opportunities, oversee client relationships from quote through delivery, and collaborate closely with our production team and overseas support team to ensure strong execution. Beyond day to day account management, this role includes elevating accounts into structured programs. This may include improving merch store performance, identifying promotional product expansion opportunities, strengthening pricing strategy, and helping improve internal systems. You should be comfortable managing blue collar organizations, schools, and teams while also being capable of handling higher level corporate conversations and larger program opportunities. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow beyond traditional account management and play a meaningful role in scaling a business. Qualifications Previous account management experience 3+ years experience in account management, promotional products, branded merchandise, or a production based business Strong client management and communication skills Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts Comfortable collaborating with both local and overseas teams Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Promotional products or decorated apparel experience is helpful but not required Experience with CRM systems, merch store platforms, or supplier sourcing is a plus
