  • Support team in onboarding new clients — implementing scope of work, creating a messaging matrix and identifying short- and long-term campaign goals.
  • Actively engage and communicate with clients via email, phone, video conference and in-person, taking an increasingly senior role in addressing client concerns and recalibrating expectations.
  • Attend, participate in and lead client calls and briefings as specified by team lead. Provide strategic input, analysis and feedback in addition to updates and statuses.
  • Create, review and edit Google Docs and spreadsheets — client reports, agendas and similar materials — to ensure the strategic direction of campaigns and adjust as needed.
  • Stay current on issues, processes, terms, products and regulations specific to clients' industries by reading and subscribing to relevant media, blogs and social feeds. Master increasingly sophisticated topics that affect clients' businesses.
