Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Campaign Lead: Supporting the development and execution of 360-degree communications strategies. You know how to architect a narrative that begins at a festival and sustains through a project’s global premiere and beyond.
  • Modern Release Strategy: Integrate creators, social media moments, and digital partnerships into a traditional PR plan to ensure our projects remain culturally relevant in 2026.
  • Festival & Awards Stewardship: Navigate the high-pressure environments of major film festivals and awards seasons; manage talent on the ground and secure coverage that influences voters and audiences.
  • Event Excellence: Plan and lead media-specific moments, including influencer screenings, press conferences, and red carpets; develop invite lists, manage RSVPs, wrangle media on-site, and distribute results.
  • Content Command: Produce client-ready materials including press releases, blog content, creative pitches, and executive briefing notes; fast, persuasive writing.
  • Account Stewardship: Partner with Senior Managers to achieve deliverables for a roster of 4–6 clients; ensure requests are handled with efficiency and poise.
  • Mentorship in Action: Proactively mentor and teach junior team members to drive team growth and maintain high-stakes work standards.
  • Relationship Driven: Lead by example in treating co-workers, partners, and media with trust, discretion, and integrity.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of PR experience with a focus on film and television
  • Well-rounded understanding of how traditional media relations, creator ecosystems, and social content work together for a 2026 audience
  • Growing list of relationships with entertainment media
  • High EQ and ability to work under high-pressure environments
  • Entrepreneurial & Curious attitude and proactive mindset
  • Driven to Over-Deliver and deliver high-stakes work

Preferred

  • The Entertainment Specialist: 4+ years of PR experience with a specific focus on film and television.
  • Fluency in the New Landscape: understanding traditional media relations, creator ecosystems, and social content.
