  • Time & Budget Tracking: Oversee some parts of a campaign budgets and timelines, anticipating challenges and proactively addressing them.
  • Workflow Management: Lead cross-functional workflows for integrated campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Staffing: Ensure all time entered accurately via Harvest and flag if going under or over hours.
  • Employee Development: Lead by example, offering mentorship and coaching across junior levels while contributing to performance evaluations.
  • Effective Communication
  • Client Communication (Emails/Status Calls): Serve as a point of contact for clients on key projects, confidently managing discussions during status calls and meetings.
  • Written Materials: Ensure all written deliverables, such as media materials and campaign updates, are polished and meet client expectations.
  • Deck Development: Contribute to the creation of decks, providing strategic input and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Presentation Skills: Lead presentations for mid-level campaigns or projects, delivering clear, engaging, and actionable insights.
  • Strategic Planning
