Job Summary

Own the segment strategy and go-to-market execution for DAUT, turning market intelligence into differentiated positioning and revenue growth across target segments.

  • Growth & GTM: Lead integrated plans and cross-functional launches to accelerate adoption and revenue within assigned segments.
  • Market Intelligence & Positioning: Synthesize customer, competitive, and industry signals to refine value propositions and target industries across regions.
  • Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Build lead-gen, enablement, and training programs with Sales and RevOps to grow pipeline and close rates.

  • Develop and lead the overarching segment marketing strategy for the DAUT portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving market growth across assigned target segments
  • \n
  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated go-to-market plans, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, accelerated adoption, and sustained revenue generation
  • \n
  • Synthesize market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform strategic direction, define new target industries or applications, identify new opportunities, and refine value propositions for assigned segments
  • \n
  • Guide the positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies at the segment level, ensuring differentiation and optimal market fit across diverse regions and customer groups
  • \n
  • Direct the development of lead generation, sales enablement, and training programs in partnership with sales, marketing communications, and revenue operations teams to maximize pipeline and sales effectiveness
  • \n
  • Foster strong collaboration with Product Management, share customer needs to consider in new product development, and ensure future products and solutions are tailored to market requirements
  • \n
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of segment marketing initiatives
  • \n
\nRequirements\n
    \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • \n
  • 2 years of experience in a marketing, product, or technical environment
  • \n
  • Highly self‑motivated individuals demonstrated success in driving cross-functional alignment and execution
  • \n
  • Fast, independent learner comfortable with new technologies and markets
  • \n
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution
  • \n
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive data into actionable strategies
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority
  • \n
  • Ability to learn new markets, technologies, and customer segments quickly
  • \n
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this role

  • Customer and/or supplier facing experience
  • \n
  • Participation in cross-functional transformation project e.g. deployment of new tools, new processes, team reorganization, and technology upgrades

  • Experience supporting or defining target audiences, personas, and segmentation models
