Own in-person booth engagement for homeowner audiences at fairs, turning conversations into interest while collecting follow-ups.

  • Booth ownership: represent brand at high-traffic events and keep energy high.
  • Qualify homeowners and spark interest without selling, then capture accurate contact details.
  • Coordinate with a team to hit follow-up targets and grow local awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage promotional booths at high-traffic Fairs like the State Fair
  • Greet and engage homeowners in a friendly, professional way
  • Educate homeowners about our services—no selling, just sparking interest
  • Collect accurate homeowner information for follow-up
  • Keep your booth energetic, organized, and fun
  • Be part of a motivated, supportive team that loves to win together

Requirements

  • Outgoing, people-first attitude—love talking and connecting
  • Gritty, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
  • Strong communicator with great listening skills
  • Reliable transportation and availability for evenings/weekends as needed
  • Previous experience in customer service, events, retail, or promotions is a bonus—but not required
