Responsibilities

• Own client communication for your portfolio. Lead monthly strategy calls, deliver reports, and serve as the primary day-to-day contact.
• Deliver monthly SEO performance reports for 8–10 client accounts with clear rankings, traffic, and next steps.
• Execute technical SEO audits and fixes — site speed, crawl errors, schema, Core Web Vitals, indexation. Comfortable in Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog.
• Develop and execute content strategies — keyword research, content briefs, topic clustering, editorial calendars.
• Build and manage backlink campaigns through quality outreach and digital PR. No spam. Real links from real sites.
• Pioneer our GEO and AI search optimization practice across AI-powered search platforms.
• Build and improve AI-powered workflows using Claude and other tools.
• Report to the Project Manager and COO through daily standups and weekly one-on-ones.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Claude (claude.ai) is required. You should be actively using Claude in your daily work and able to demonstrate how.
• Client-facing experience. Comfortable leading calls, managing expectations, and delivering hard truths.
• Strong analytical thinking. You see stories and patterns in data others miss.
• Genuine curiosity about search engines, AI platforms, and how they evolve.
• Clear, confident communication in English (written and verbal).
• Self-directed and accountable. We don\'t micromanage.
• WordPress and HTML familiarity is a plus. Health and wellness experience is a bonus, not required.
