  • Coordinate reporting and optimization using Marqii, GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and Sheets for ranking and engagement.

Job Description

- Manage and maintain all Google Business Profile and Apple Business Connect listings across multiple locations and directories - Update listing information including business hours, holiday hours, categories, attributes, services, descriptions, and photos - Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency across all listings, citations, and platforms - Monitor and optimize local search rankings, visibility, and customer engagement metrics - Oversee review monitoring and response workflows across Google Business Profile and Apple Business Connect - Identify and escalate fake, duplicate, policy-violating reviews, and listing issues - Support local SEO initiatives including schema markup, localized landing pages, and keyword tracking - Utilize Marqii, Ahrefs, GA4, GSC, and Google Sheets for reporting and optimization - Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on rankings, traffic, impressions, conversions, and revenue attribution - Coordinate listing setup and optimization for new store openings and closures
