Responsibilities

• Perform keyword, topic, and intent research for SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies.
• Optimize content for featured snippets, People Also Ask, and AI-generated answers.
• Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Implement structured data (schema) to support AEO and rich results.
• Work on entity-based SEO and topical authority.
• Improve Core Web Vitals and technical performance.
• Make on-page updates and manage content using WordPress and other CMS platforms.
• Use basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support SEO implementation and front-end fixes.
• Track performance using GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SGE, and AI search trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of modern SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), or a clear willingness and ability to learn fast.
• Solid skills in keyword, topic, and intent research for different types of search (traditional, conversational, and AI-driven).
• Experience optimizing for featured snippets, People Also Ask, and other SERP features.
• Good knowledge of entity-based SEO, semantic search, and building topical authority.
• Practical experience with WordPress CMS, including installing plugins, updating content, and managing site structure.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to adjust on-page elements, fix minor layout issues, and implement SEO best practices.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and how it can affect rendering, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
• Familiarity with structured data (schema.org) and tools used to create, test, and validate markup.
• Strong grasp of Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization concepts.
• Experience using GA4, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools (such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Ability to analyze data, spot patterns, and turn insights into clear action plans.
• Up-to-date awareness of Google algorithm updates, SGE, and AI search trends.
• Good written communication skills for collaborating with content writers and explaining SEO recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail, a curious mindset, and comfort with testing, iterating, and learning from experiments.

Preferred

• Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.
• Experience with e-commerce SEO.
• Knowledge of local SEO strategies.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
