Job Summary

Own on-site fan engagement at Cavaliers and Monsters games through concourse activations and off-site tours, balancing setup, live activation leadership, and guest interactions with a pay-for-experience workflow.

Concourse activation ownership: lead and assist a range of fan experiences (Fan Central/Kids Club, Kid Nation, Chuck a Puck, tattoos/face paint, Photo Booth, Sign Making) and run the All for Fun Tour and Summer Tour.
Event readiness and engagement: set up and tear down activations, be on-site two hours before events, and drive positive attendee interactions with a fan-first approach.
Availability and physicality: 50 percent off-site/game requirement, flexible schedule including weekdays/weekends/holidays, lift up to 30 lbs, reliable transportation.

Job Description

Concourse activation ownership and live fan engagement across Cavaliers and Monsters games, including leading and supporting experiences and coordinating off-site tours to move fan moments from setup to wrap.

Responsibilities: Lead and assist activations such as Fan Central/Kids Club, Kid Nation, Chuck a Puck, Express Yourself Tattoos/Face Paint, Photo Booth, Sign Making Stations.
Fan interactions: Support fan waiver processing, interactive games, lead generation sign ups, and contest entries during games and events.
Event readiness: Set up and tear down concourse activities and assist with off-site events and annual tours (All for Fun Tour; Summer Tour) May to September.
On-site presence: Be at the Arena two hours before each home game/event and engage attendees with a fan-first attitude.
Health & safety: Handle comfortable light duties including lifting up to 30 lbs and basic payments for fan experiences.
