Job Summary
RevBuild is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to own CRM management, pipeline data integrity, outbound support, automation workflows, and reporting. The role focuses on maintaining accurate data, enabling scalable GTM processes, and generating weekly performance insights. A strong CRM background and experience with automation tools are required.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Ensure pipeline data accuracy and deal stage hygiene
- Build and manage prospect lists and data enrichment
- Support outbound campaigns and sequence setup
- Maintain data quality across accounts and contacts
- Create weekly pipeline and performance reports
- Build and maintain automation workflows (Zapier, n8n, etc.)
- Capture insights from sales calls and update objection libraries
Requirements
- 2ā5 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
- Strong CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Experience with sales automation and data tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple systems and workflows
