Responsibilities

• Lead brand development initiatives to strengthen market positioning
• Own website strategy, performance, and continuous optimization
• Execute and manage SEO strategy to drive organic growth
• Support and contribute to direct and indirect go-to-market strategies
• Develop and execute demand generation campaigns
• Drive lead generation, conversion, and pipeline growth
• Align global marketing campaigns with local sales objectives
• Track and analyze performance metrics to measure marketing ROI

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven retail software marketing in the enterprise software industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or similar roles within enterprise software/SaaS
• Experience in lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), events, and campaign execution
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with go-to-market and sales priorities
• Strong background in SEO, digital marketing, and website optimization
• Retail Software: 1 year (Required)
• Ability to commute: Irving, TX 75039 (Required)

Preferred

• Proficiency in graphics and website development is a plus
