Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media content calendars across multiple brands, ensuring campaigns and posts are scheduled a minimum of two weeks in advance while maintaining flexibility for trend-based and real-time opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and leadership team to develop monthly campaign themes, seasonal initiatives, nightlife programming pushes, and social-first marketing concepts.
  • Translate each brand’s voice, atmosphere, and guest experience into compelling social-first content.
  • Plan content production in alignment with the marketing calendar, ensuring activations, campaigns, and seasonal promotions are supported with intentional, pre-planned content.
  • Develop shot lists and creative briefs for photoshoots and content days, including visual references, inspiration, and key concepts to capture.
  • Identify opportunities to differentiate brand positioning within the market.
  • Stay informed on local competitors, emerging venues, hospitality trends, and social media trends throughout the South Florida market.
  • Brainstorm and propose unique activations, special offers, and social-first concepts that align with each brand’s identity and enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop ideas designed to drive reservations, guest engagement, foot traffic, and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to turn everyday moments — menu launches, happy hour programming, DJ nights, cocktails, and special events — into marketable experiences that perform strongly on social media.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing social media for hospitality, restaurant, nightlife, or lifestyle brands, preferably across multiple concepts.
  • Strong experience in mobile content creation and short-form video editing.
  • Proficiency with social media editing tools and platforms including CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro preferred.
  • Experience using social media management and scheduling platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media performance drivers including hooks, storytelling formats, trend cycles, engagement strategies, and nightlife content pacing.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently work alongside managers, staff, entertainers, influencers, guests, and leadership teams.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and thrive in fast-paced hospitality and nightlife environments.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and event coverage as needed.
