Responsibilities

• Participate in restaurant interior design, including hard decoration layout and soft furnishing selection, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
• Assist in implementing design plans and follow up post-opening evaluations for improvement.
• Contribute to the creative development and refinement of brand visual systems (logo, VI, menu design, marketing materials).
• Ensure all design deliverables are consistent with brand positioning and image.
• Assist in planning and executing online and offline promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
• Collaborate with the social media team on event publicity and content planning.
• Participate in selecting tableware and plating styles to match brand positioning and guest experience.
• Track trials of new products and collect feedback for optimization.
• Assist with menu pricing research and market analysis to balance brand positioning and profitability.
• Provide adjustment suggestions based on market trends and sales data
