Job Summary

Own donor engagement operations with a dual focus on events and content, turning planning, communications, and marketing support into repeatable engagement and sponsorship outcomes.

  • Event and engagement ownership: plan events from timeline to vendor invoicing and grant deadlines, coordinating with executive leadership and program teams.
  • Content and communications: draft letters, reports, digital and print collateral, and website/email/social content to move donors and supporters.
  • Marketing support and brand alignment: analyze social metrics, generate original content, and ensure brand voice in assets and materials.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and executing events, including event timeline, vendor management, invoicing, etc
  • Maintain consistent and accurate records in Salesforce to support donor engagement, grant management, and event planning.
  • Develop and send templated communications pieces to support donor engagement, including acknowledgement letters, thank you letters, reports, and appeals.
  • Compile reports and packets to support donor engagement.
  • Maintain up-to-date grant deadline reminders and communicate with team as-needed to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support program teams with planning and executing customer engagement events
  • Work with Marketing team to improve engagement and reach by analyzing relevant social metrics, insights, and best practices
  • Work with Marketing team to generate original content
  • Draft copy and design for digital and print collateral including flyers, brochures, and graphics to support the development of programs.
  • Draft website, email, and social media marketing content to support the development of programs.
