Responsibilities

• Create, publish, and optimize property listings across Zillow, HAR MLS, TurboTenant, and other rental platforms.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize qualified tenant leads and occupancy.
• Respond promptly to all leasing inquiries and maintain company response time standards.
• Schedule and conduct professional property showings.
• Build relationships with prospective tenants and guide them throughout the leasing process.
• Screen rental applications by verifying income, employment, rental history, and supporting documentation.
• Present qualified applicants and recommendations for management approval.
• Prepare lease agreements and coordinate electronic signatures.
• Collect security deposits, lease documents, and required move-in paperwork.
• Coordinate move-in preparation with construction, maintenance, cleaning, and property management teams.

Requirements

• Associate (Required)
• Residential Leasing: 5 years (Required)
• Property management: 3 years (Required)
• Has experience in residential leasing, real estate, or property management.
• Has strong marketing and customer communication skills.
• Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Pays close attention to detail and follows established processes.
• Is comfortable working with technology and learning new software quickly.
• Can work independently while taking full ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions.
