Job Summary

Own end-to-end video post production across website and social channels, turning briefs into on-brand, story-driven visuals that land on schedule.

  • Own the full post production stack from rough cut to delivery, including motion graphics and sound design.
  • Coordinate with marketing and PM teams to ensure briefs translate into compelling narratives and on-brand outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Edit and assemble raw project footage into polished, engaging, and professional videos for various platforms, including our website, social media channels, and corporate presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and project management teams to understand creative briefs and deliver content that aligns with strategic goals.
  • Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, music, and colour correction to enhance video quality and storytelling.
  • Organise, log, and maintain a digital library of all video assets for efficient access and future use.
  • Ensure all video content adheres to Robert Quinn Ltd's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional tone.
  • Manage the entire post-production workflow, from initial edits to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
  • Stay current with the latest video editing techniques, software, and industry trends to continuously improve our video output.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience as a Video Editor, supported by a strong portfolio of work.
  • Expert proficiency in professional video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Solid experience with motion graphics and visual effects software, particularly Adobe After Effects.
  • A keen creative eye, with exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of narrative and pacing.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a remote team environment.
  • A self-motivated and independent worker who is passionate about creating high-quality visual content.
  • Experience producing content for the construction, architecture, or engineering sectors is highly advantageous.
