Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end production of multimedia communications products, including videos, podcasts, webinars, live-stream events, animations, motion graphics, and integrated digital campaigns.
  • Manage production workflows from concept development and editorial planning through pre-production, production, post-production, publishing, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop production plans, creative briefs, editorial calendars, scripts, storyboards, interview frameworks, timelines, and resource plans that support successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with communications, creative, account, strategy, UX, and stakeholder engagement teams to develop multimedia content aligned with campaign objectives and audience needs.
  • Coordinate internal teams, freelancers, vendors, production partners, presenters, and subject matter experts throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Oversee filming, recording sessions, editing, motion graphics integration, audio mixing, mastering, captioning, accessibility remediation, and final packaging of multimedia products.
  • Manage production schedules, budgets, estimates, purchase orders, approvals, and resource allocation while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand standards, editorial guidelines, accessibility requirements, platform specifications, and enterprise quality expectations.
  • Develop promotional assets, highlight reels, social-first content, audiograms, short-form edits, and supporting communications materials that maximize audience engagement.
  • Maintain production documentation, asset libraries, media archives, templates, version control systems, and workflow documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience leading multimedia, video, audio, podcast, broadcast, or integrated content production within a communications, agency, media, or marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end production workflows across video, audio, live events, webinars, podcasts, animation, and digital multimedia content.
  • Experience managing production schedules, budgets, vendors, freelancers, production partners, and multidisciplinary creative teams.
  • Strong storytelling, editorial development, scriptwriting, interviewing, and narrative-building skills.
  • Experience utilizing AI-assisted content development, research, and optimization tools to enhance content quality, audience engagement, and workflow efficiency.
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies and how AI is transforming multimedia production and communications.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent productions and competing deadlines.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with communications, account management, creative, strategy, UX, stakeholder engagement, and technical teams.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, and related production and editing tools.
  • Knowledge of video production, audio production, editing, motion graphics, live-stream technologies, webinar platforms, and multimedia publishing workflows.
