  • Share travel insights, recommendations, and curated ideas to inspire bookings
  • Coordinate and confirm reservations using approved booking systems
  • Communicate with clients via email, messaging platforms, phone, and social media
  • Manage itinerary updates, booking changes, and customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate client records and reservation details
  • Participate in training programs and ongoing professional development
