Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to discuss insurance quotes Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer interactions Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies Assist in creating and updating customer engagement materials Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the engagement process Meet or exceed monthly performance targets Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of insurance products is preferred but not required Ability to work independently in a remote environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
