Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with:
• Real estate agents and brokerages
• Mortgage lenders
• Insurance agents
• Property managers and builders
• Support referral relationships that contribute to consistent home inspection leads
• Act as a friendly, reliable point of contact for referral partners
• Conduct regular in-person visits, calls, and follow-ups to stay top-of-mind
• Represent the company at:
• Real estate offices
• Open houses
• Networking and community events
• Industry and association meetings
• Communicate the company’s services, value, and differentiators in a professional, consultative manner
• Distribute marketing materials and assist with branded promotions and outreach efforts
• Identify new relationship opportunities within the local real estate and housing market

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable building relationships in person and over the phone
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time independently
• Professional, approachable, and personable demeanor
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or contact tracking tools

Preferred

• Experience in real estate, home services, inspections, mortgage, or insurance
• Background in marketing, sales support, account coordination, or customer relations
• Existing familiarity with the local real estate community
• Experience attending or supporting networking or community events
