  • Analytics-driven coaching of group business, market dynamics, and campaign ROI to drive revenue growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage short- and long-term revenue forecasts for all hotels in the portfolio.
  • Analyze occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market segmentation, and pace trends to maximize profitability.
  • Provide pricing and inventory recommendations for transient, group, and negotiated business.
  • Evaluate tentative and definite group bookings and provide displacement and profitability analyses.
  • Monitor market conditions, citywide events, and competitor strategies to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI, recommending improvements to digital and traditional initiatives.
  • Research customer behavior, booking patterns, demographics, and emerging market trends.
  • Collaborate with General Managers, Directors of Sales, and Corporate Leadership to align commercial strategies.
  • Support annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning processes.

Requirements

  • Marriott brand experience and familiarity with Marriott systems (MGS, One Yield, GXP, and related commercial platforms) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of hotel revenue management experience with additional exposure to sales and marketing analytics preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality distribution, reservations systems, PMS, CRS, GDS, and channel management platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and statistical capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems, business intelligence tools, and web analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendations.
  • Certified Revenue Manager (CRME or equivalent) preferred.
