Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans tailored to the EMEA market, aligned with global marketing strategy and business objectives
• Manage and support regional events, conferences, and tradeshows, ensuring consistent brand presence and effective lead generation
• Partner closely with BD and SMEs to understand local customer needs, provide marketing support, and enable pipeline growth
• Localize and adapt global marketing assets (brochures, presentations, digital campaigns, website content, social media) to ensure relevance for the EMEA audience
• Drive regional digital campaigns including email, LinkedIn, and other channels to maximize engagement and lead generation
• Track, measure, and analyze regional marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
• Conduct market research to stay updated on regional trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Act as the regional marketing point of contact, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between global and local teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in CRO, biotech, or Life Sciences
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in biology or a related field
• Strong knowledge of the EMEA market with proven experience in developing and executing successful regional campaigns
• Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are highly desirable
