Job Summary

Own field marketing execution for sales and NHCs with a clear ownership of local launches, signage, collateral, photography, and campaign support across regions.

  • Coordinate signage, inventory, and vendor installs to enable timely field activity.
  • Drive on-site events and community launches with regional merchandising teams and SGT setups.
  • Act as the bridge between sales, operations and regional marketing to ensure flawless execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Field marketing lead for Sales leaders and NHCs to ensure flawless execution. - Fulfill NHC collateral requests in partnership with regional teams. - Support Quick Move-In homes with signage, MLS listings, and community photography. - Oversee exterior/interior color selection updates. - Coordinate, track, and maintain signage inventory across divisions. - Partner with approved signage vendors for installs, removals, updates. - Manage the marketing closet with current branded materials. - Plan on-site logistics for local marketing events including openings, broker events, promotions, and open house weekends. - Support national and regional campaign rollouts at local community level. - Oversee community launch execution including SGT install/removal and basic office systems. Requirements - Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent preferred. - High school diploma or GED required. - 0 - 2 years of experience required. - Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator. - Computer skills and competencies are required. - Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various job types. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales teams. - Resourceful and solution oriented. - Comfortable with digital tools and platforms (e.g., MLS, Canva, Airtable). - Travel: Weekly community-level travel within assigned division / market. - Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours. - Ability to read plans, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds. - Operate a motor vehicle. - Finger dexterity for keyboard. Preferred - Experience in home building, real estate, or consumer-facing industries is a plus.
