- Travel to assigned regions to support marketing and business development activities.- Partner with Regional Leadership to identify local marketing needs and opportunities.- Coordinate hiring events, career fairs, community events, and outreach activities.- Assist with the planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns.- Create and distribute marketing materials, including flyers, presentations, and promotional items.- Ensure company branding is consistent across all locations.- Support new opening locations and other regional initiatives.- Build relationships with community organizations, schools, and local partners.- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment marketing efforts.- Coordinate promotional materials and marketing supplies for regional events.- Track marketing activities and provide updates on completed projects.- Assist with other marketing and business development projects as assigned- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, or a related role.- Strong communication and organizational skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.- Organized with excellent attention to detail.- Time management and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work with multiple departments and teams.- Experience with Microsoft Office and basic marketing or design software (such as Canva) is a plus.- Event planning and coordination experience
