Drive regional marketing leadership and cross-market execution for Raising Cane’s)

  • Own regional marketing strategy and lead a multi-market ALM team to execute plans
  • Set regional goals with the Regional Business Unit and align marketing initiatives
  • Develop and update regional marketing plans annually with quarterly re-evaluation
  • Support ALMs with restaurant and market-level marketing plan development and feedback
  • Lead sponsorship planning and management for high-profile opportunities
  • Ensure marketing support for all restaurants and markets; back up gaps
  • Support on- and off-site market activities that support the brand and community
  • Spend time in-person with ALMs for visits, partnerships, and relationship building
  • Lead planning and execution for high-profile new restaurant openings
  • Enforce brand standards and marketing philosophies; ensure ALMs understand and adhere
  • Must-have: 8+ years of marketing; proven team leadership in field/multi-unit setting
  • Field marketing experience in a multi-unit restaurant or retail environment
  • Strong people management with coaching and development track record
  • Knowledge of sponsorship planning, contracts, relationships, and asset activation
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple changing priorities
  • Self-driven, flexible, energetic with strong written and verbal skills
  • Able to travel up to 80% and live within the area
  • Work nonstandard hours including nights/weekends to support events and brand goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or relevant experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
