Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee marketing and business development for multiple facilities in the Philadelphia area
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, referral sources, and community partners
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive census growth and market share
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with administrators and clinical leaders to align marketing initiatives with facility goals
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and brand standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years of healthcare marketing and business development experience (SNF/post-acute care strongly preferred)
  • Established connections within the Philadelphia-area healthcare network
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel regionally and manage multiple facility needs
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic planning abilities
  • Must be professional, motivated, and capable of working in a confidential search setting
