Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for maximizing our external referral relationships as well as seeking out establishing new relationships.
• Aditionally, this position is responsible for creating and curating community engagement initiatives in order to elevate the brand among the community.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned referral goals by completing all phases of marketing strategies with targeted healthcare professionals at multiple levels.
• This individual must be a self starter, have excellent relationship managment skills and be adaptable to the ever changing senior care industry.

Preferred

• Prior knowledge of Maine area hospitals and familiarity with Medicare & MaineCare preferred.
• experience with NaviHealth referral management.
• Healthcare Experience Preferred
