Responsibilities

• identifying and cultivating partnerships to expand the organization's affiliate networks.
• promote and manage relationships with new and existing affiliates, ensuring their successful integration into The Purpose Factor® programs.
• support in executing strategies to drive affiliate engagement, tracking performance metrics, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• As a part of the core team, you will actively contribute to the company’s mission to empower leaders through purpose-driven programs.

Requirements

• Strong relationship-building and networking skills to establish and manage affiliate partnerships.
• Proficiency in sales, affiliate management, or customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and support affiliate partners.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Analytical skills to evaluate and optimize affiliate performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred

• Familiarity with purpose-driven programs or leadership methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
