Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Property Pirates’ social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Create content — videos, photos, graphics, captions — that actually performs
• Research and implement AI tools to help our business run smarter and faster
• Help build and run digital marketing campaigns and paid ads
• Track what’s working, cut what isn’t, and keep improving
• Support the owner with tech-related tasks across a fast-moving business

Requirements

• Lives in Indianapolis with reliable transportation
• Degree in marketing, communications, business, or tech — OR a portfolio that proves you can do the work
• Genuinely obsessed with tech, AI, and social media — not just familiar with it
• Fast learner who figures things out independently
• Versatile — comfortable switching between creative work and technical problem-solving
• Strong communicator, great attitude, high integrity
