Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own social media strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Produce short-form video content for listings, market updates, and brand storytelling
- Lead listing marketing campaigns: coming soon, just listed, open house, just sold
- Design listing collateral (brag sheets, flyers, feature sheets) in Canva
- Write blog posts, market reports, newsletters, and email campaigns
- Track engagement metrics and refine strategy based on performance
Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing with a focus on social media and content
- Proven track record growing audiences and engagement
- Expert in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Preferred
- Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp a plus)
- Comfort with CRM tools (Monday.com a plus)
- Real estate marketing experience preferred
- Strong writing across luxury, professional, and lifestyle voices
