Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day account management and campaign execution for entertainment, nonprofit, and brand clients
  • Serve as a primary client contact, ensuring projects move forward smoothly across timelines, deliverables, and approvals
  • Drive media relations efforts, including proactive pitching, securing coverage, and building long-term relationships with key press
  • Draft and oversee written materials, including press releases, media alerts, pitches, briefing documents, and other client-facing communications
  • Manage press-facing initiatives, including interviews, junkets, premieres, events, awards-related activations, and talent appearances
  • Monitor media coverage and deliver thoughtful reporting, recaps, and insights to clients
  • Contribute to brainstorming and proactively generate creative, newsworthy ideas
  • Support and mentor junior team members while helping maintain a strong internal workflow and execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in entertainment PR at an agency, studio, network, or related communications environment
  • Strong media relationships across entertainment, trade, and consumer outlets
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs
  • A collaborative, professional approach and comfort working in a remote, entrepreneurial team setting
