Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative and logistical support to the Director of Marketing and Communications across all public relations efforts.
  • Coordinate and respond to both internal and external sample requests, ensuring timely approvals, sendouts, and returns.
  • Manage the logistics of sample shipments and messenger deliveries, including scheduling, tracking, and ensuring efficient turnaround times.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date tracking of all samples, using internal systems and Launchmetrics to monitor availability and location.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for hi-resolution image requests, asset distribution, and credit requests, ensuring all materials are delivered promptly and accurately.
  • Compile and distribute monthly internal press reports highlighting key media placements, press credits, and notable brand mentions across digital and print platforms.
  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of the PR closet, ensuring samples are merchandised and tidy at all times.
  • Monitor and manage office inventory related to PR activities, including supplies, packaging materials, and printed collateral.
  • Build and maintain relationships with editors, stylists, and other industry professionals.
  • Support the execution of strategic PR initiatives designed to elevate brand awareness and increase global exposure.
  • Train, supervise, and delegate tasks to PR interns, ensuring effective support for daily operations and long-term projects.
  • Assist in the coordination of key brand moments including runway shows, presentations, seasonal press days, showroom appointments, events, and special collaborations.
  • Assist in drafting, organizing, and sourcing content for social media.
  • Liaise with retail stores to coordinate product pulls and loans, and ensure timely returns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of prior relevant work experience
  • Working knowledge of fashion media and the luxury industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Positive energy and genuine desire to work with people
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Well-versed in Lauchmetrics, Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe InDesign
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organized, and able to prioritize under pressure
  • Proactive, self-starting attitude and collaborative spirit
  • Comfortability managing multiple priorities simultaneously
