Own support and coordination across client projects, with a focus on timely, deadline-driven delivery.

Provide support on client projects, write and edit press materials, assist with branding campaigns and events, and respond to communications.
Coordinate media interviews, newsletters, and other outreach while maintaining AP style and professional messaging.
Support internal and client communications during standard hours with occasional evenings or weekends for special projects.

Provide support on various client projects as needed
Write and edit press releases, pitch stories, and coordinate media interviews
Assist with copy and layout for various communications projects (i.e., newsletters, etc)
Assist with planning and implementing branding and PR campaigns
Assist with event planning, staffing, and implementation
Be available to respond to internal communications, emails, and client needs during the standard working hours
Be available to provide support on client events and special projects that may occur in evenings and weekends when necessary (special projects)
Detailed and deadline-oriented

Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages tailored to different audiences
Familiarity with AP style for news writing and editing ensures professional consistency across all materials
Excellent verbal communication skills suitable for public speaking engagements or media interviews

Experience managing social media accounts and understanding analytics tools
Demonstrated research skills
