Job Summary

Own the content and materials engine for A/E/C marketing, translating capture and proposal work into polished, compliant collateral across web, print, and events.

  • Capture planning and proposal support: steer strategy, research, and compelling submissions for opportunities
  • Content production and collaboration: craft market-focused materials with input from marketing, BD, and technical teams
  • Asset maintenance: keep project descriptions, resumes, and visuals accurate and up-to-date for external communications

Job Description

  • Responsibilities: Support capture planning, proposal development, and market research efforts
  • Responsibilities: Help maintain CRM database of opportunities, projects, clients, contacts, and campaigns
  • Responsibilities: Create and maintain marketing materials and develop strategy for proposals, white papers, presentations, and collateral
  • Responsibilities: Review materials for strategy, compliance, and grammar
  • Responsibilities: Provide production, assembly, and delivery support of marketing materials
  • Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing, communications, business development, and technical teams to develop market-specific content
  • Responsibilities: Prepare up-to-date project descriptions and resumes through interviewing staff and content collection
  • Responsibilities: Represent the marketing department internally and the firm externally through organizations and partnerships
  • Responsibilities: Coordinate outreach activities including client events, tradeshows, conferences, and PR initiatives
  • Responsibilities: Order and track inventory of proposal supplies and promotional items
  • Requirements: Natural curiosity with the ability to gain insights about the A/E/C industry
  • Requirements: Flexibility, creativity, strong writing/editing skills, and a good eye for graphics
  • Requirements: Proactive planning with the ability to shift priorities while maintaining quality
  • Requirements: Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and collaborate under multiple deadlines
  • Requirements: Must submit a portfolio to be considered
