Responsibilities

• Assist in developing sell sheets, brochures, flyers, and distributor support materials.
• Coordinate updates to sales tools and promotional materials to align with current programs.
• Support trade shows, events, photography, social media, and on-site promotions.
• Manage corporate premiums website and coordinate on-site promotional events.
• Develop and distribute electronic communications to inform customers and sales partners of news, promotions, and new product launches.
• Serve as a liaison to the sales team, customers, and brokers, supporting communication and coordination needs.
• Assist in executing tactics identified within the Annual Marketing Plan to support brand visibility and revenue objectives.
• Organize and maintain cleanliness and organization of marketing storage areas and materials.
• Oversee the organization, inventory management, and upkeep of trade show materials throughout the year.
• Organize and maintain promotional marketing materials within SharePoint and Microsoft D-365 for accessibility and version control.
