Responsibilities

  • Strategic Promotional Copy Development: Conceptualize, write, and refine high-impact promotional copy for a wide array of marketing initiatives, consistently aligning with brand voice, marketing strategies, and business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing managers, graphic designers, product development, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated message across all campaigns.
  • Multi-Channel Advertising & Campaign Copy: Develop compelling advertising copy for both digital and traditional mediums, including display ads, print advertisements, video scripts, CRM marketing, among others, designed to capture attention and drive conversions within the professional beauty sector.
  • Craft impactful headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action that are concise, memorable, and persuasive.
  • Digital Marketing & Email Engagement: Create engaging and effective copy for all email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, educational newsletters, product launch announcements, and automated customer journeys.
  • Master the art of writing compelling email subject lines and preview texts that boost open rates, along with clear and persuasive body copy that encourages click-throughs and conversions.
  • Develop effective descriptions for email content and other digital assets.
  • Social Media & Community Building: Generate captivating and on-brand copy for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), tailoring content to each platform's nuances and audience behavior.
  • Develop social media ad copy, campaign captions, and interactive content designed to foster community engagement and promote our professional products.
  • Website & Brand Messaging: Write pithy, clear, and compelling copy for websites, landing pages, product descriptions, and e-commerce platforms, guiding the professional user experience and highlighting key benefits.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of brand messaging, ensuring a consistent and authoritative voice across all digital touchpoints.
  • Professional Beauty Community Focus: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the professional beauty industry, including salon/spa operations, stylist needs, product formulations, and educational trends.
  • Craft copy that speaks directly to the aspirations, challenges, and technical expertise of beauty professionals, building trust and authority.
  • Translate complex product features and technical benefits into clear, concise, and persuasive language that resonates with a professional audience.
  • Trend Awareness & Industry Insight: Stay continuously informed about the latest beauty and beauty retail trends including competitive marketing.
