Job Summary

Own end-to-end project delivery for a medical education program, coordinating cross-functional teams, budgets, and client comms to hit milestones and quality targets.

  • Own end-to-end lifecycle: scope, planning, scheduling, and status reporting across Design, Copy, Studio, Editorial, Print, UX, Technology, QA.
  • Drive on-time, on-budget delivery by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, with risk planning and sign-off gates.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor work to meet time, budget and quality targets.
  • Interface with key agency teams to ensure on-track milestones across Account, Creative, Studio, Editorial, Print Production, Strategic Planning, Information UX, Technology, Programmers.
  • Communicate directly with the client and/or client stakeholders as needed regarding project details at all phases of development.
  • Define project scope and develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams on revenue recognition/invoicing processes.
  • Perform risk planning and mitigation to minimize project risk.
  • Route deliverables to core team members for review and sign-off via electronic project routing systems and ensure sign-off prior to key junctures.
  • Enforce agency process and manage the quality assurance phase for all projects.
  • Effectively communicates expectations to internal teams and vendors to facilitate the efficient flow of work.
  • Manage all aspects of the project life cycle from concept to delivery with strong cross-functional collaboration.
