Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage livestream brand projects from planning to post-campaign evaluation
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Business Development, Operations, Creative, Technical, Hosts/Streamers)
  • Track and optimize livestream performance (GMV, conversion rates, traffic, content effectiveness)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management, account management, or operations within eCommerce or livestream commerce
  • Knowledge of TikTok ecosystem and livestream workflows
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills

Preferred

  • Chinese language proficiency is a plus; English proficiency highly valued
