Job Summary

Own the daily orchestration of cross‑project workflows, from planning and staffing to design liaison, with a bias for AI/automation to smooth handoffs and time-zone complexities.

  • Workflow Leadership: Own multi-project orchestration and cross-functional alignment between design and management.
  • Resourcing & Communication: Manage daily staffing through Wrike/Google Drive, regroups, and clear digital channels across time zones.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Organize the workflow process across various different projects
  • Effectively manage staff resourcing on a daily basis through organization of workflow platforms (Wrike and Google Drive), daily regroups, and digital communications
  • Serve as a conduit between design staff and management
  • Expand own performance/knowledge base to meet the standards of a niche industry.
  • Work successfully within a larger group setting, with varied personality types, and across timezones
  • Leverage AI/automation tools to optimize workflow
Requirements
  • Clear and effective communication skills amid a team environment
  • Professional approach to working with people at different levels
  • Experience with workflow management, preferably with a creative team within the entertainment marketing industry (film, live entertainment, television/streaming, branding/identity)
  • Fluency in Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel), as well as Google Suite, Keynote and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to juggle various tasks at once, across different platforms and administrative duties
  • Ability to quickly and flexibly respond to challenges as they arise, without needing ongoing guidance
  • Must be organized and able to keep track of multiple projects with different requirements and deadlines
  • Knowledge and/or awareness of FYC/awards campaigns is crucial
  • Ability to maintain a working knowledge of institutional guidelines for a client or a specific project
  • Basic knowledge of workflow software such as Wrike, Basecamp, Monday or Workfront is a plus, but not a requirement
