Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project tracking calendars to support team organization and execution timelines
  • Organize, maintain, and update notes, key documents, and other resource materials across projects
  • Assist in managing video and graphic creation requests, including approvals for content, copy, and post timing
  • Coordinate the publishing of branded content posts with NBA social and digital publishing teams
  • Monitor branded content trends and review metrics to optimize content and increase views and engagement across NBA platforms
  • Contribute ideas for developing partner branded content packages
  • Communicate and collaborate with multiple internal departments to support cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the NBA, including players, teams, storylines, statistics, standings, history, and the league calendar; actively consumes NBA content on a daily basis
  • Understanding of the NBA’s social voice
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of platforms like Airtable and how to integrate AI into operational workflows
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines and incorporate feedback quickly and accurately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally as part of a team
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, as this position may include working days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on the NBA calendar
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or related field preferred
