Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage backend campaign support from intake through launch, monitoring, and reporting
Set up and manage campaign workflows using documented processes
Format emails and digital assets using basic HTML
Organize and maintain files and campaign assets
Build and deliver reports using templates
Monitor active campaigns for accuracy and performance
Perform quality checks before and after campaign launches
Track deadlines, deliverables, and internal handoffs
Coordinate internally with creative team to keep work moving
Jump in wherever needed to support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks

Requirements

Experience in a VA, EA, or administrative support-type position
Comfortable following defined processes
Fast learner with a strong sense of ownership
Self-starter who can execute without constant direction
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote role
Strong in written communication and task follow-through.

Preferred

Experience supporting digital or email campaigns
Basic HTML knowledge
Familiarity with systems including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Asana
Experience working in fast-paced environments
Experience in the automotive industry
Located in MT/PT time zones, or willing to have flexible hours to support as needed
