Job Summary

Drive data-heavy, programmatic paid media for a nonprofit-focused agency with hypothesis-driven testing and CRM integration to measure long-term value.

  • Own Start/Stop/Scale campaigns and run hypothesis-driven tests.
  • Must-have: 2–4 years in programmatic or data-heavy roles with strong Excel.
  • Standout: integrate platform data with CRM (Salesforce/Fuse) to measure pLTV and donor retention.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute & Optimize (Start / Stop / Scale) - Actively manage campaigns with a Start / Stop / Scale mindset
  • Start new tests based on clear hypotheses and performance gaps
  • Stop tactics that dilute marginal ROAS—even if platform metrics look strong
  • Scale high-performing audiences, placements, and creative combinations
  • Take manual control where automation falls short, using bid adjustments, frequency caps, and targeting controls
  • Join platform data with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Fuse) to evaluate metrics like pLTV and donor retention
  • Build Excel models that uncover what’s actually driving long-term value—not just front-end conversions
  • Identify misleading signals (e.g., low-quality conversions, inflated attribution) and correct for them
  • Build and manage campaigns designed to test creative and audience hypotheses
  • Segment audiences based on behavior and intent—not just demographics

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in programmatic, paid media, or a data-heavy analytical role
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity for how systems actually work
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, nested formulas, data cleaning)
  • Experience working with large datasets and drawing insights from them
  • A high level of attention to detail and strong QA habits
  • A structured, hypothesis-driven approach to testing and optimization
  • Comfort working independently in a highly execution-focused role

Benefits

  • 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their families
  • FSA and HSA options with company contributions
  • Life insurance and disability coverage
  • 401(k) plan with a 4% company match
  • Generous PTO, including vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays
  • Up to 3 months of paid leave for new parents
  • $1,250 annual reimbursement for health and well-being (gym memberships, ski passes, meal plans, fitness equipment, etc.)
