Job Summary

Own end-to-end programmatic buying and optimization, aligning DSP setup, live optimization, reporting, and vendor coordination to hit client KPIs.

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: manage line items, budgets, targeting, bidding, pacing, and performance data.
  • Vendor Coordination & Reporting: oversee DSP/SSP communications, PMP deals, recaps, and client updates.
  • QA & Reconciliation: troubleshoot issues, ensure QA before flights, accurate trackers, and financial tracking.

Job Description

  • Execute end-to-end programmatic campaign setup within DSPs, including line items, budgets, targeting, and tracking configuration.
  • Manage ongoing campaign optimizations including bidding strategies, pacing adjustments, audience performance analysis, and leveraging 3 rd party measurement partner performance data.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure timely resolution prior to and during flight.
  • Build mock buys for client approval.
  • Coordinate RFPs, negotiate rates, and organize partner proposals to support campaign execution.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with DSPs, SSPs, and publishers to ensure campaign success.
  • Implement PMP deals, audience strategies, and inventory selections based on campaign goals.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance against KPIs, proactively identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Develop campaign recaps, reporting summaries, and client-facing updates.
  • Maintain accurate reporting trackers and documentation across all assigned campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–4+ years of programmatic buying experience
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs and programmatic platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action
  • Automatic enrollment in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (”ESOP”)
